All orders are shipped from 9760 Seavale Rd, V7A4B5, Richmond, BC, Canada. We clearly list our shipping destinations, and delivery ranges.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–7 business days.

UnderCity Lasers is pleased to offer local delivery from Richmond, BC, so you can enjoy quick and reliable service for your custom engraved products.

Within 15 km of Richmond
- Minimum order: $50
- Delivery fee: $30 (subject to change)
- Available Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

15–25 km from Richmond
- Minimum order: $50
- Delivery fee: $50 (subject to change)
- Available Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Local delivery is available for both residential and business addresses. Once your order is placed, we will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time. Delivery fees are non-refundable once service has been scheduled. Customers outside of the 25 km delivery range should select one of our Canada Post shipping options at checkout. Incorrect or Incomplete Address Policy

UnderCity Lasers will not issue refunds for orders placed with insufficient, inaccurate, or invalid shipping addresses. Customers are responsible for providing complete and correct delivery information at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
